Our approach to construction
We have an in-house, wholly owned, construction management company, solely undertaking work on our properties and investments, adding value and speed of delivery across the group.
The commercial objective is to be able to guarantee delivery of the group projects on the most cost-effective basis and to overcome specific supply constraints in certain geographic locations.
Led by Jon Samuels, the APCA construction management team have undertaken many construction projects, ranging from relatively small residential schemes up to £30M+ block developments.
The company has full contractors all risks insurances with strong supply chain and professional partnership relationships, ensuring that the projects are delivered on time and to budget.

APCA Group have in-house construction management, strong procurement and site management structures, an in-house architectural and professional services team and in-house letting and building management. We combine this in-house excellence with dedicated internal research and origination capabilities, allowing us to focus on high margin projects and to deliver on our target of 25-30% project profitability.

Our Location
APCA Group is proudly based in the south west of England, head quartered in the thriving coastal city of Plymouth. Being based in the largest city in Devon, with Cornwall right on our doorstep and the whole of the south coast within an easy drive we are well placed for opportunities as the south west undergoes a renaissance with levelling-up government investment and more domestic and international tourists discovering it than ever before. That said, we’re also happy to travel as investments across the UK and even into mainland Europe demonstrate.
